The TRACE4AD tool is intended for use by neurologists, neuroradiologists and referring physicians for displaying, processing, archiving, reporting, printing, and networking of brain structural magnetic resonance images (MRI) and image features. The TRACE4AD tool can run on dedicated workstation or in a server-client configuration as stand-alone application. The use of TRACE4AD tool may support in detection and quantification of tissue heterogeneity and morphology of cerebral structures which can be statistically correlated with the risk to develop Alzheimer’s disease.

1. Acceptance of Agreement.
   You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") with respect to the software suite "TRACE4AD" created by DeepTrace Technologies S.R.L. (the "software").
2. Intellectual Property.
   Limited License to Users Any unauthorized use of the Materials, Content or Tools within this Software may violate laws and the Terms of Use.
   You agree not to copy, republish, frame, download, transmit, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, assign, distribute, license, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works and tools based on this Software, its Materials, Content or Tools or their selection and arrangement, except as expressly authorized herein by DeepTrace Technologies S.R.L.
   You agree that you will not decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of this software.
3. Limited Right to Use.
   The viewing, using, printing or downloading of any Material, Content, Graphic, Form or Document from this software grants you only a limited, nonexclusive license for use solely by the purpose defined under the Contract with by DeepTrace Technologies S.R.L, and not for republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative works or other use unauthorized by DeepTrace Technologies S.R.L. No part of any content, form or document may be reproduced in any form or incorporated into any information retrieval system, electronic or mechanical, other than for the use defined under the Contract (but not for resale or redistribution). The rights granted to you constitute a license and not a transfer of title.

This software is not a medical device. It is not CE marked nor FDA cleared. Any use of this software and the associated information is for research and statistical analysis only.
